Shipping conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payment in advance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dispatch your order you receive an invoice from us with a request to transfer the money. Delivery will take place immediately after receipt of money. Eight days after issuing the invoice an order will be dissmissed if the payment is not made. In such a case we reserve the right to charge a handling fee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Delivery acceptance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> We kindly ask to ensure that somebody will be able to receive the delivery. Extra costs for returned parcels or second deliveries will be charged to the customer. The customer is obliged to guarantee the acceptance of the shipment.             <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sshipping costs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We calculate actual costs depending on the individual orders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"terms\"><u>groupage up to 1,5 m length:<\/u><br>delivery via delivery service <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"terms\"> <u>groupage longer than 1,5 m: <\/u><br>delivery via carrier<br>Please request the costs individually!         <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Refund policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> If products do not meet the required function, we kindly ask you to contact us within 14 days. We will decide in which way we can solve the probleme.
