Freight Forwarding Process
- After your order and prepayment, the pickup request is recorded with the freight forwarding company Cargoboard, and the goods are collected.
- You will receive a tracking number from Cargoboard and can conveniently track your shipment.
- Upon arrival in the destination region, you will be informed of the delivery date by Cargoboard via email in a timely manner.

To access Cargoboard’s shipment tracking, simply visit https://my.cargoboard.com/tracking. Here, you can view the status of your shipment by entering the postal code and the tracking number. You will receive the tracking number via email, and we are also happy to provide it to you upon request.
What can I do if I am not at home during the delivery?
It is possible to grant Cargoboard an authorization to leave the package. If needed, this additional service can be booked through us. You, as the recipient, can also book this service with the Cargoboard Service-Team.

Can I arrange the delivery date by phone?
Yes, at Cargoboard, it is possible to arrange the delivery date by phone through an appointment. However, this service is only available if it has been booked with Cargoboard. If not, the service can also be booked afterward through us. This additional booking should be reported no later than one day before delivery.
